How to Get Started
Contact us and an account manager will promptly assist you. You will be asked to:
- Complete a Trade Professional Participation Application and Agreement.
- Provide a copy of a valid CSLB license.
- Provide proof of commercial liability and workers compensation insurance.
- Fill out a W9 form.
- Schedule a time to receive training on program requirements and documentation.
